Love is Like Satin

One of my subjects once told me that he likes satin. I was so happy to hear that as I actually like satin very much.

As I recall the memories from those days now, I realise that there is a lot of common between the love and the satin. I could even say that Love is like satin.

Why I make this association?

It’s true that the satin like the love feels amazing on touch, wanted, even beautiful. But not the feel on the body is the main reason for me to make the reference that the love is so similar to the satin.

As the love exists thanks to few factors, to make a satin needs few elements to be utilised too.

According to Marc Jacobs, satin is one of the three major textile weaves. Satin is not a fabric. To make satin requires two components. The main one is the so-called Satin weave and the second one is the material (the fabric).

Satin weave is nothing else but a weaving technique. If you don’t utilise this technique, you will not be able to get as an end result satin. If you don’t use this method the end result will be anything else but satin.

If you think about this, you will realise that the love is absolutely the same thing. You may not know the technique how to make love, but you can always learn only if you want. And usually when the love is strong and true the “Satin weave” of the love grabs you and you don’t require a lot of effort to realise that this is the right wave and the right way to do it.

As mentioned above, to make a satin you need a second element, the fabric. And here comes the interesting fact. Satin can be produced from different fibres. Long ago, satin was made from silk only. Nowadays, satins are made not only from silk. They can be produced using materials such as polyester and rayon.

You may call me old-fashioned, but I like only satin from silk and a velvet touch. I will not distract you with the velvet now as it is another topic, similar to the satin.

The best quality satin is produced with silk. Old school but amazing result. The satin produced with nylon or polyester just looks shiny but feels falsely.

Satin is really like the love. You may get the technique but when you look for a silk satin and you realise that it may be a polyester one it hearts, it hearts a lot.

For me, only the silk satin is like the real love. A lot of people like the polyester one. There is nothing wrong with this, but this is not the true love and not a silk satin.

Do you know Ladies, there are women who are born to be with more than one man simultaneously.

It is so pity that I realised that so late. Over years I was torturing myself with the thoughts that I should belong to the man I am living with. My existence was ruled by this idea while I was feeling some huge emptiness. My guts were telling me that something with this way of living should be really wrong and not full.

I was also asking myself why our society could accept as normal the fact that “The man” could have more than one woman and the opposite way around is treated as a shame.

All this continued up to the moment I met my Favourite Subject. He is an erudite man with a wide and opened worldview, handsome, caring when he wants and utterly loved by me.

My connection with him is so wild for me, a passionate experience which I want to last forever. Although all this, as he is openminded I decided to go step further and to be with another man with his knowledge and agreement.

I have done the first date with another man with the consent of my Favourite Subject. At this time, I was overwhelmed by stereotypes and the clichés of our old world. I felt guilty that I am doing something wrong, that I am cheating and that this is wrong.

Well, as you can guess, came a time when I needed just to feel desired by another man although my endless love, passion and desire to be with my Fav. And I made the next step.

This time it was just for me and for my pleasure, in accord with my Favourite Subject. And it was good, really good.

My sexual and emotional experience was totally different than this when I am with my Fav. It really was not a cheating. It was a singular mixture of emotions, totally distinct and in a different way unique.

And so, Ladies, I am really right. Some women are not born to be with only one man.

This is not a suggestion for any feminism as I love to be a woman cherished and loved. These are just open thoughts about our needs and emotions.

Different men respond to our various emotions and behaviours differently. This simply means that we can choose to have more than one set of emotions and feelings.
